With over a decade of nursing experience, I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a dedicated team member at a primary and urgent care practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and whole-person healing. My specialty focuses on family practice, primary care, and urgent care—delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan.

My nursing foundation was built over 8 years in the ER, ICU, and cardiac specialty units, where I served as both a bedside and charge nurse. These high-acuity settings shaped my ability to think critically, respond swiftly, and lead with empathy.

I’m proud to be a two-time Daisy Award recipient, recognized for providing exceptional care that blends clinical skill with heartfelt connection. My passion for wellness also led me to expand into regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, and lifestyle-based care to support long-term healing and vitality.
